I've been a Tour Director for U.S. Kids Golf for 10 years, every effort is put towards ensuring we provide our players a genuine tournament experience, every time. From our registration procedure to the 1st tee announcements, the post play scoring tent and our podium presentations, we strive to make the kids feel they're at a real PGA Tour event. Our tee system not only allows fair play across all our age divisions but we're also helping them develop their games, we help them learn how to score.

About our tour

Our tour was created to provide boys and girls ages 5 to 18, the chance to advance their skills in the game in age-appropriate competition without having to take the time and incur the costs of travelling long distances. A season consists of 6 one-day tournaments including a season ending one-day local tour championship. Players earn awards and points at each tournament.

Boys & Girls ages 11-18 play 18 holes.

Boys & Girls ages 5-10 play 9 holes.

Players 11-18yrs with an AGU H’cap can return their scores back to their home club for handicapping. The scratch & slope ratings are issued before the tournament.

Age-Appropriate

14 Age Divisions ensures your child only competes with same age players

No H'cap Required

We play stroke play with a 10 shot maximum each hole. Regular rules of golf govern play.

Awards

We award the top 5 place getters in each of our 14 age divisions.

Appropriate course lengths

We provide 8 properly scaled course lengths allowing players to learn to score pars and birdies and ensure adequate pace of play

Globally connected

Our calendar includes more than 1600 tournaments worldwide! Your child's golf could take you to some of the worlds most beautiful golfing destinations.

Family Interaction

We encourage parent-caddies across all our age divisions. Compulsory for ages 8&U.

U.S. Kids Golf has partnered with an expert on the subject, the Positive Coaching Alliance, which provides their online course, Second-Goal Parent®: Developing Winners in Life, at a reduced rate of $15. Be sure you use the coupon code USKidsGolfSGP24.

Because this is so important, U.S. Kids Golf will give a $25 credit toward any future tournament entry once you have passed the course. Please see the instructions HERE and complete Second-Goal Parent®: Developing Winners in Life.
